Description: The heart of this course is the coaching and real-time feedback students receive on their own leadership activities from their peers and the instructor. Readings, role plays, experiential exercises, and self-reflection bring additional information to the assessment and skill-building process. Deliverables include a challenge project, an assessment of another leader's effectiveness, and a written summary of the student's reflections and leadership experiences during the course.
