The MIT Leadership Center is, at its core, a robust collaboration. The Center creates and facilitates powerful connections among industry, government and non-profit leaders, academics and students to investigate what makes leaders great, develop solutions for critical leadership challenges, and build learning experiences to develop principled, innovative leaders.

Business executives and faculty work together to advance leadership theory and to translate that theory into practical tools to improve performance. Corporate partners compare best practices and address the critical challenge of evaluating the impact of development programs. Non-profit and industry leaders advise faculty and teach students.

These are just a few of the ways organizations and leaders engage with and support the MIT Leadership Center. The leadership community the Center is building is distinguished by technological sophistication, management excellence, and the passion of leadership — a vital combination in a rapidly morphing marketplace.
